“Kayama Dent” (“we”) operates the website roshtov.ussl.wtf (the “site”), hosted in Israel. We want visitors to understand how we collect and use data about visits to the site. This privacy policy sets out what information the site collects and for what purposes, under the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, as amended (including Amendment 13, in force since August 2025), and the Patient’s Rights Law, 1996. To book a consultation the site collects personally identifiable information — name, phone number, IP address and other information detailed below. You may choose not to provide it.

Information we collect
This policy applies only to activity on the site and not to offline activity. We collect two kinds of information: anonymous and identifying.
Anonymous information about use of the site — browser type, operating system, language, IP address and length of visit — does not identify you personally and is collected to improve the site’s performance and protect it from spam.
Identifying information is provided by you when you fill in a form or write on WhatsApp: name, phone, what bothers you and a note if you wrote one, plus the site language and the page the form was sent from. Providing it is not required by law and is up to you; without a name and phone we cannot call back. Purpose: to get back to you and book a first consultation at the clinic you chose.
Medical information is given and kept at the clinic only, in the medical record, under the Patient’s Rights Law and medical confidentiality. The site does not collect medical information — please do not send medical documents through the form.
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data stored in your browser. The site uses essential cookies for its operation (remembering the language and your choice in the cookie notice). Measurement and marketing cookies — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta pixel — run only if you accepted them in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page or in your browser settings. The site embeds no third-party components that set cookies: Google Maps and WhatsApp open by link only. The site fonts (Rubik, Open Sans) load from Google Fonts servers, and your IP address is sent to Google for that load only.
Use and disclosure of information
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information collected on the site.
Uses by Kayama Dent
Identifying information is used only to get back to you and book a consultation. Anonymous information is used for statistics and to improve the site, sometimes with third-party software and services. Marketing messages (email, SMS or WhatsApp) are sent only with your separate, explicit consent under section 30A of the Communications Law, and you can opt out at any time.
We may disclose identifying information to respond to a court order, a request from a competent authority or as required by law, and as part of a transfer of the network’s business to another entity — subject to the same policy.
Uses by third parties
We do not give your identifying information to any third party for its own marketing. Your enquiry is passed to the team at the clinic you chose and to the network call centre to respond to it, and to the technical providers that run the site, hosting and email (in Israel and abroad), bound by confidentiality and data-security obligations.
Other websites
We are not responsible for the privacy policies of sites the site links to (Google Maps, WhatsApp and others). If you give information to such third parties, different rules on collection and use may apply. We recommend reading their privacy policy before providing data.
Retention and security
Website enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. If you become a patient, the data moves to the medical record and is kept under the rules that apply to it. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and enquiries are accessible to authorised staff only, in line with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 2017. Even so, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information provided online.
Minors
We do not knowingly collect identifying information from anyone under 18. Enquiries about treating a minor are made by a parent or guardian.
Access, correction and deletion
Under sections 13–14 of the Protection of Privacy Law you may access the information held about you, ask to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to be contacted. Contact Dr. Doron Koter on 052-5534908 or WhatsApp; we handle requests within 30 days. You may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. We will announce changes by publishing the updated text on the site; they take effect on the day of publication. Last updated: 13 September 2026.
