Site content and services
Kayama Dent may change the site content, the services described and the list of clinics at any time. The fact that a service is described on the site does not guarantee it will be offered in future or at every clinic. Prices, timelines and results on the site are general; a binding quote is given in writing after a consultation and exam.
Medical information
The content on the site is general information and is not a substitute for medical advice. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and any treatment decision is made only after a clinical exam and a reading of scans at the clinic. Anyone with a health problem — including dental problems, allergies or sensitivities — must consult a doctor. Kayama Dent is not liable for reliance on the site’s content without an examination.
Forms and booking
Sending a form is a request for contact, not an appointment; an appointment is fixed only after phone confirmation by the call centre. Handling of the details you provide is governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Cancelling appointments and transactions
The site sells no products or services and takes no payment. The treatment agreement, price, payment terms and right of cancellation are set in writing at the clinic before treatment starts, under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the transaction-cancellation regulations. To cancel or move an appointment, tell the call centre at least one working day ahead; to cancel a treatment transaction, contact the clinic where the agreement was signed.
Images
The images on the site — including those of the doctor, the clinics and patients — are for illustration only, and some were created with digital tools. They do not depict a specific patient or a guaranteed result. “Before and after” photographs of real cases, if shown, are marked as such and published only with the patient’s written consent.
Changes to these terms
Kayama Dent reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time at its discretion. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms from time to time to stay informed of changes.
Miscellaneous
- Kayama Dent takes all reasonable steps to secure the information users provide. However, information and communication systems cannot be made completely secure against unauthorised intrusion, and Kayama Dent is not liable for disclosure or use of information resulting from such intrusion or from acts outside its control.
- All copyright and intellectual property in every publication, content, article, design, file, software and other material on the site belongs exclusively to Kayama Dent unless stated otherwise. It may not be copied, distributed, publicly displayed, passed to a third party or used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without Kayama Dent’s express prior written consent. “Kayama Dent” and “קיימא דנט” are trade names of the network.
